5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

7. Subscription and Billing

MyRunway offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyRunway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the data and content you create, upload, or store in the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and store your data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRUNWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Service

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
